Overview
These trainings are designed to help people understand Substance Use Disorder as a chronic disease and the impact that it has on maternal health, how to care for pregnant and postpartum people with Substance Use Disorder, etc. Training content incorporates cultural values and community perspectives that are unique to Hawai‘i.
Module 1: Caring for Pregnant and Postpartum People with Substance Use Disorder
Module 2: Medication for Opioid Use Disorder for Pregnant and Postpartum Persons

Target Audience
This training was developed for a multidisciplinary group of professionals including but not limited to medical providers (physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners), nurses, social workers, crisis line workers, first-responders, and non-clinical staff.
